Women’s Week Walk

Discover the shared adventure of bushwalking this Women’s Week!

Join Armidale Bushwalking Club for a pleasant walk. Explore the Wollomombi area with this in-and-out scenic walk around the rim of Wollomombi Gorge on a well-maintained path. Keep an eye out for eagles and wallabies as we pass the top of Wollomobi and Chandlers falls. The walk starts and ends in Armidale, with a 40 min drive out to Wollomombi (carpooling encouraged).

Walk length: 4km; Walk duration: 3-4 hours; Walk grade: Grade 3 (suitable for most ages and fitness levels; some bushwalking experience recommended; tracks may have short steep hill sections a rough surface and many steps)

In celebration of NSW Women’s Week, this event is open to all women aged 18 years and over.
