Valentine’s Day @ Petersons

Seating times: 6.00pm, 6.30pm, 7.00pm and 7.30pm – booking required. There will be two options: two-course and three-course meals. Complimentary drink on arrival and one long-stemmed rose.

Entrée – Warm Brie-filled gougères with walnut salad; Jumbo King prawns with mild crunchy chilli prawn oil and mango and lime coulis; Beef short ribs, slow-cooked in ras el hanout, apricots and figs, accompanied by labneh and a herbaceous and warming middle eastern dressing
Main – Honey and macadamia-crusted rack of lamb with a thyme jus, cauliflower beignets and carrot purée; White grape, citrus, chive and basil-dressed barramundi fillet with creamy leeks, and asparagus spears; Pear cider, slow-cooked duck leg with spiced pear, maple pumpkin brulée, goat cheese, and hazelnuts
Dessert – Creamy lemon curd semi-freddo with almond crumble; Poached stone fruit, strawberry mousse, and strawberry consommé; Chocolate and soft salted caramel tart with vanilla bean ice-cream
