Join the UNE Discovery team during National Science Week for some hand-on science play.

10.00am-4.00pm – Science for All

Discover animal specimens from the UNE Natural History Museum, rocks, fossils, microscopes, models of the natural world and more! There will be some magical tricks with some physics fun.

10.30am and 11.30am – Science Craft

For the very young there will be science craft sessions with hands-on maker-space area for kids to be creative and make a take-home science craft.

1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm – Magic of Physics

Is it magic or science? Come along to one of the Magic of Physics shows and find out! In this brand new science show, some everyday physics like magnets and sound waves will be used to show that the world really is quite magical.
