New England Dining Experience

The New England Dining Experiences, dedicated to showcasing New England produce and producers, are delivered at or around the start of each season and celebrate the best the region has to offer. The venue and chef will change regularly.

For the Wintery New England Dining Experience, join them with the fire on at the atmospheric McCrossin’s Mill in Salisbury Street, Uralla.

Included in the ticket price is a welcome drink on arrival and the menu for this event is as follows:
Canapes (alternate drop): Balala Pork Belly W Roasted Apple Puree featuring Greenhill Orchards, or Deano’s Smoked Trout rocket salad with Arding Berrie Farm blackberry dressing.
Main (alternate drop): Oven Roasted Lamb Loin Racks featuring Rosehill Lamb, or Osso Buco made with Dorrigo Beef, served with Guyra truss tomato. Both served with sides of potato mash with Koala Black Garlic and seasonal greens.
Dessert (alternate drop): Pecan pie featuring Hickson Pecans, or Poached red wine pear from Greenhill Orchards, in Merilba Merlot served with Peel Valley double cream.

This menu is subject to change should there be any circumstances beyond our control that prevent a key ingredient from being available as planned.

Dress code – smart casual

There is a bar on site serving New England wine, beer and spirits, as well as delicious non-alcoholic beverages. Strictly no BYO.
