Mother’s Day @ The Cottage

The Cottage Restaurant and Bar proudly presents A Celebration of Mother’s Day. Vegetarian/vegan options available on request. Please note: the blackboard specials are unavailable.

Menu

Bread (gluten-free available on request) – Hand-made Mediterranean bread roll with semi-dried tomato, Kalamata olives, feta cheese and basil pesto whipped butter.

Entrée (all entrées served alternate drop per table) – Shredded New England lamb shoulder and rosemary croquettes served with a herbed yoghurt with a plum vinaigrette garnish salad; Responsibly sourced Australian sea scallops sprinkled with Pangrattato accompanied with herbed butter, fresh salsa set on Guyra potato purée.

Main (all mains served alternate drop per table) – Oven-roasted pork sirloin topped with bacon lardons, French Dauphinoise potato bake, steamed broccolini and green beans finished with a raspberry, red wine and thyme jus; Chargrilled chicken breast and Arancino with steamed fresh asparagus and carrot batons topped with diced mildly spiced Italian sausage and creamy Rosè sauce.

Dessert (All desserts served alternate drop per table. All desserts served with fresh seasonal fruit garnish and gluten-free almond nut crumble. Vegan and gluten-free coconut ice-cream available on request.) – Dark chocolate torte served with warm chocolate fudge sauce, strawberry chantilly cream and vanilla ice-cream; Crème caramel with fresh chargrilled pineapple, passionfruit, lime and mint salsa served with mango chantilly cream and passionfruit ice-cream.
