Paddock to Pier Platter ($160) – 1/2kg Tiger prawns, NZ Mussels, 1/2 doz oysters, smoked salmon, fish goujons, salt and pepper squid, 200g rump, chicken wings, chips and garden salad.
Tandoori Salmon ($34) – Saffron rice pilaf, minted yoghurt and pappadam; Beef Cheek Bourguignon ($36) – on a basil and parmesan creamy polenta with steamed seasonal greens; Seafood Linguine ($38) – Prawn and mussel with garlic pangrattato.
