Main – Pendell Hill pork leg roast, apple sauce, crackling; Riverine prime rib roast, caramalised onion, blueberry and bourbon relish; both served with roasted root vegetable medley, broccolini, sweet corn cobettes, pan gravy; Eggplant and bell pepper cannelloni, Napoli sauce, mozzarella, side garden salad.
