Dinner with the Artist

A special evening celebrating Unfamiliar Territory, Angus Nivison’s major survey exhibition at NERAM.

Enjoy an intimate sit-down dinner created by the Six Counties Restaurant, served amongst the artworks in the exhibition itself. Throughout the evening, NERAM Director Rachael Parsons will be in conversation with Angus Nivison, exploring the evolution of his remarkable practice, the stories behind the works, and the collaborative process of developing this landmark exhibition.

Combining exceptional food, inspiring conversation and the unique atmosphere of dining surrounded by art, this promises to be a memorable evening for art lovers.

Dinner is a two-course menu: – Mains (alternate drop) – Slow-braised Kyogle beef, red wine jus, blackberry glaze, carrot thyme purée and potato fondant; Confit of crisp skin chicken leg with caramelized kumara, thyme pan juices, crisp prosciutto.

Dessert– (alternate drop) – BlackBerry and lemon curd Eton mess; French brioche pudding, caramel sauce.
