Black Gully Festival

With the themes of music, art, environment and the community, Black Gully Festival is a wonderful and free family-friendly event that celebrates all that is good about livinig in Armidale and is an essential event on the community calendar. The heart of the festival is live music, with performances on three stages. The music is by local performers and includes a wide range of musical styles with bands, soloists and small groups highlighting the fantastic talent in this region. Supporting the music programme is a range of other activities including a makers market featuring local artisans and foodies with an exciting array of wares. Displays from environmental and community groups and workshops and a slow fashion tent will be running during the day. NERAM and the ACCKP will be open with exciting exhibitions and the Six Counties Café will be going full speed.

The Black Gully Festival is a community-driven event so you never know what other activities and events are likely to pop up. To make the most of the day we suggest you bring a folding chair, a water bottle and a coffee cup.
