DESCRIPTION:Tea and sausages available from 11.30am. \nSongs of Travel \nThe music this concert features Ralph Vaughan Williams’ Songs of Travel performed by Josiah Seaman accompanied by Robert Manley. Josiah is an emerging young Armidale singer who frequently performs as a soloist in the Presbyterian Church. \nSongs of Travel is a cycle of nine songs composed in 1901 by Vaughan Williams to texts by Robert Louis Stevenson. This is a good opportunity to hear Vaughan Williams’ first major vocal work.
